1. Service Agreement

By subscribing to BulletproofVPN's services, you agree to:

• Comply with all terms outlined in this agreement
• Use our services in accordance with applicable laws
• Maintain responsibility for all activities under your account
• Provide accurate and complete account information

2. Enterprise Subscription

Enterprise subscriptions include:

• Access to our global network of secure servers
• Dedicated IP options for business operations
• Multi-user management dashboard
• Priority technical support
• Custom deployment options for larger organizations

Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected during registration.

3. Acceptable Use

BulletproofVPN services may not be used for:

• Activities that violate applicable laws
• Distribution of malicious software
• Network disruption or unauthorized access attempts
• Excessive bandwidth consumption beyond reasonable business use
• Reselling or redistributing our services without authorization

4. Service Level Agreement

For enterprise customers, we commit to:

• 99.9% uptime for all business services
• Response to critical issues within 1 hour
• Regular maintenance with advance notification
• Compensation in accordance with our SLA for service disruptions

5. Intellectual Property

All aspects of our service, including but not limited to:

• Software applications and clients
• Network infrastructure design
• Documentation and training materials
• Trademarks and branding elements

Remain the exclusive property of BulletproofVPN and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

BulletproofVPN's liability is limited to:

• The amount paid for subscription services in the preceding 12 months
• Direct damages arising from service disruptions
• Terms specified in enterprise service agreements

We expressly disclaim liability for consequential, special, or indirect damages.

7. Term and Termination

This agreement:

• Commences upon subscription activation
• Continues for the duration of the selected subscription period
• May be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice
• May be terminated immediately for material breach

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BulletproofVPN is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

BulletproofVPN reserves the right to modify these terms:

• With 30 days advance notice for material changes
• Effective immediately for non-material changes
• Enterprise customers will be notified via registered email contacts
